the first thing you got to understand about getting lean and muscular is…it’s not easy. well it is easy if you know what to do or have done it for some time. most people start fitness , do their best and see some results after few weeks and get happy for their gains. but few weeks later when they stop seeing progression, they get very frustrated and demotivated. this will usually cause them to stop training and eating healthy.
to understand this problem you have to understand how your body works.
if you want to get lean and muscular. you have to know exactly what you should eat and how you should work out. it takes a lot of discipline and dedication to do this. lets face it, you are not going to get lean or muscular by just simply doing few exercises and running on a treadmill. you have to understand how your body works, which is not a hard thing to do. you have to know exactly what makes your body loose fat and gain some muscle.
